Friday and Saturday are the days where we really go all out… These days we only serve our surprise menu starting from 5 courses, extending the menu with cheese is always possible!

Carpaccio of, and fried langoustine with kohlrabi, apple, lemon mayonnaise and herring roe

Mullet fillet with spinach, antiboise, cockles, white wine sauce with lavender and lemon thyme

Green asparagus with roasted peppers, hollandaise sauce, potato chips and baba ghanoush

Pork belly with sage gnocchi, chicory, korenaar asparagus, onion compote and beurre noisette

Fried duck breast with beetroot, chanterelles and an orange and clove jus
