Friday and Saturday are the days where we really go all out… These days we only serve our surprise menu starting from 5 courses, extending the menu with cheese is always possible!

Sea bass tartare with beet caviar, Chioggia beets, strained curd, cucumber and navet

Baked pollock with brandade, herring roe, potato chips, crème fraîche, and white wine jus with mustard

Bisque risotto with fennel salad, rouille, chive cress, and slightly spicy barbecued prawns

Marinated portobello with shallot-cep vinaigrette, endive crudité, and grilled little gem lettuce

Duck breast with roasted shallot, carrot, lentils, parsnip cream, red wine jus

Parsnip tartare with beet caviar, Chioggia beets, strained curds, cucumber, and navet

Green asparagus with wild spinach, potato chips, crème fraîche, and white wine jus with mustard

Saffron risotto with fennel salad, rouille, chive cress, and smoked paprika

Marinated portobello with shallot-mushroom vinaigrette, chicory crudité, and grilled little gem lettuce
