Friday and Saturday are the days where we really go all out… These days we only serve our surprise menu starting from 5 courses, extending the menu with cheese is always possible!

Roasted mackerel with pumpkin, puffed quinoa and nettle crackers

Grilled sea bass with baba ganoush, bell pepper, leek, razor clam and saffron beurre blanc

Raviolie stuffed with spinach and mushrooms, shaved cauliflower and beechnuts

Oxtail with salsify, Jerusalem artichoke and sweet and sour celeriac with juniper and rosemary
